Job purpose Individual will be responsible for programming, setting up and running Studer Cylindrical CNC grinders while maintaining production efficiencies. Must have good attention to detail and accustomed to working and measuring to close tolerance and delicate parts. Responsible for maintaining work quality and doing in process inspection while maintaining corporate values. Duties and responsibilities Setup and operating Studer CNC cylindrical grinder.  Including OD and ID grinding. Writing new programs to meet print requirements.  Work must conform to exacting tolerances with allowances made for effects of temperature and aging of materials.  Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the grinding process, such as machine malfunctions or quality defects.
