The Flexible Technician reports to our Assembly Supervisor and is responsible for leading and assisting all production assembly classifications as well as perform assembly work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.? Assign assembler to stations as required to provide scheduled production in accordance with orders received from the planner and responsible for maintaining a minimal "Late List". Direct various set-up activities which include obtaining necessary parts and assembly jigs for each station, instruct assemblers in the methods of assembly and provide hand tools as required. Assist in successful implementation of new or revised products into assembly. Assist in production of engineering prototyping and custom samples for sales.
