Job Summary The Mechanical & Plumbing Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical and plumbing systems in construction projects. This role involves analyzing project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine labor, material, and equipment costs. The estimator works closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and manufacturer representatives to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
