Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on position that also leads, directs, and coordinates activities of the maintenance technicians engaged in repair, maintenance, installation of machines, tools, and industrial manufacturing equipment. This role is also responsible for providing leadership, ensuring safe work practices and developing/approving procedures to maximize efficiency associated with the maintenance processes and personnel. Required to perform inventory of maintenance parts & supplies and interact with suppliers and internal department personnel. The incumbent is expected to be a self-starter, a good manager of time, work independently and follow Altor Solutions’ standards for safety and conduct.
