Welder III Reporting to the appropriate Supervisor, the Welder III is responsible for independently performing advanced set-ups and operating welding equipment/jigs/tools which sometimes may include assembly of final product and ancillary support functions with minimal supervision to ensure high quality customer jobs are completed in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities Independently analyze drawings, specifications, or work orders to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations. Independently set up weld machine to run any process to Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) requirements. Independently interpret and follow WPS's, customer prints and weld symbols to meet job requirements.
