Maintenance Supervisor
Summary Utilizes knowledge of facilities & equipment to plan, organize, and direct all maintenance functions for a designated shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Assess the labor, material and time needed to complete a maintenance function. Work with internal customers to coordinate downtime required for maintenance needs.
Manage the maintenance hourly workforce on a designated shift, with a focus on safety and safety of others.
Maximize production uptime efficiencies.
Plan and schedule for the efficient execution of non-breakdown maintenance jobs within the plant area, and to maximize equipment uptime and minimize maintenance expenses.
Direct the assigned workforce in the installation and maintenance of assets including equipment, tooling, systems in assigned areas, making sure that the skilled craftsman are working safely, following all OSHA regulations...
