Oversee and manage construction phase Oversee technical direction. Monitor that the project is constructed in compliance with contract documents, budget, and schedule. Establish project procedures, problem-solving activities, budget reviews and certifications needed. Prepare agendas and conduct project related meetings Review contractor’s construction schedule and monitor progress for adherence Review contractor claims Review and approve contractor’s pay applications Interface with clients and contractors Interface with project stakeholders Maintain project tracking logs and documentation Monitor safety programs onsite Initiate document revisions, project reviews, and processes change orders. Receive and distribute test reports. Manage inspectors assigned to project Prepare lists of items to complete or correct and establish close-out procedures Perform post-construction services and investigations as needed.
