Description:
I - Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician I applies vast and varied technical knowledge in a number of areas: carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and general and vehicle maintenance. Responsible for completing assigned work tickets classified as level 1 in a timely, efficient, accurate and high-quality manner while demonstrating professionalism and good customer service.
Requirements:
Qualifications HSD or GED is preferred; experience accepted in lieu of education. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician or custodian. HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working in non-profit is preferred. Basic understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
