Summary: Responsible to act in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedures and manuals including FAA part 145. Perform intermediate evaluation and repair/assembly/test. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following others may be assigned: · Improve work methods and tooling · Report any safety problems to management · Follow all environmental, health and safety policies · Keep work area clean and orderly · Manage ones own time efficiently · Evaluate self work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards · Perform intermediate repair operation including bench assembly/disassembly, test, soldering, flaring, riveting, tube bending and mechanical assembly of high quality products efficiently, accurately, safely and on time · Use oven, drill press, parts washer, bearing press, down draft table, ultra sonic cleaner, balancer and vacuum pump · Use electronic devices such as multi meter, power supplies,...
