Description:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for delivering a full range of applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and clinical services for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs. This role includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing caregiver training across both clinical and community settings. The BCBA will supervise and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of proactive strategies, skill acquisition programs, and behavior support interventions. In addition, the BCBA will collaborate closely with the Pediatric Center’s interdisciplinary medical and therapy teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and improved outcomes for the families we serve.
