JOB DESCRIPTION Tallgrass Energy is currently in need of one Environmental Permitting Manager to join our Houston based Capital Projects Team. This role will report directly to the Director of Environmental permitting . KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Knowledge of pertinent regulations/programs including (but not limited to): CWA, ESA, NRHP, OPA, NPDES, MBTA and NEPA. Knowledge of developing regulations, and how topics such as Environmental Justice are playing a role in permit acquisition. Inform all Stakeholders of potential NGO influence in permitting activities and help formulate plans to communicate and collaborate effectively with these groups. Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong problem-solving orientation; experience working in multi-disciplinary teams Willingness to travel to project sites (up to 50% travel anticipated) Familiarity with processing, midstream and terminal construction a plus.
