Core4ce is seeking highly skilled applicants for a Research Scientist position to join our team working at the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. The responsibilities of this position will be focused on the characterization of magnetic, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties of solid-state materials for applications in RF technologies. Experience with the use and analysis of characterization techniques such as magneto-optic Kerr effect (MOKE), vibrating sample magnetometry, magneto-transport, second harmonic generation, piezoforce microscopy, or similar is desired. Additionally, candidates should have an interest in exploring and understanding how crystal properties influence these behaviors and how they can be enhanced or modified.
