Position Title: Admin Mgr Specialty Pharmacy Department: Systems Retail Pharmacy Job Description: General Description The Administrative Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Business Development will manage OU Health’s pharmacy business development efforts in the areas of Specialty Pharmacy, pharmacy contracting, and management and oversight of specialty pharmacy vendors hired by OU Health. This position will assist in the design of a pharmacy business development system, and will maintain a system for strong relationships with physicians and other key stakeholders. Will maximize quality and financial performance by service line based on physician practice patterns and therapeutic selection. Supports growth of the specialty pharmacy program as well as enhanced physician satisfaction of pharmacy services related to specialty pharmacy.
