The Hydrologist will have experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, ideally with a focus on urban stormwater. What you’ll do: Conduct analyses and computer-aided evaluations of surface water systems, including watersheds, rivers, and lakes. Model and support design of stormwater BMPs, green infrastructure, and LID projects. Prepare Letter of Map Revision applications. Become proficient with software such as HydroCAD, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and PCSWMM. Work independently and effectively communicating results to a multidisciplinary team. Prepare clear and concise written and verbal summaries of technical material for both technical and lay audiences.
