Job Description: This role is part of the Pet Nutrition North America R&D team and is key in ensuring MARS delivers products of high and consistent quality and at a competitive cost. The role is designed to ensure safety of our ingredients which can be utilized across a large scale product portfolio and to ensure the functionality of these new ingredients for the intended purpose. What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Biological or Food Sciences or equivalent 2-5 years R&D experience with established technical ingredient expertise Understanding of ingredients including safety and quality attributes, in the food/pet food industry Up to 10% travel required Preferred Qualifications MS or PhD in Biological or Food Sciences or equivalent What will be your key responsibilities?
