JOB SUMMARY : The Intensive Case Management (ICM) Team Lead plans, manages, and directs the daily operations of Highland Rivers Behavioral Health Intensive Case Management (ICM) Team which is a medium intensity community-based program for adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses. The Team Lead provides direct care in a recovery focused environment.
