Hiring Range: $72,000-$86,000 The Energy Management Analyst supports campus energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives through energy data analytics, building automation system (BAS) optimization, and continuous performance improvement of HVAC, central plant, and energy management systems. This role focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing building system performance to reduce energy consumption, improve occupant comfort, and ensure reliable system operations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Facilities Management, Building Sciences, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience supporting building automation systems, HVAC controls, or energy management in a multi-building or campus environment.
