*Licensed Clinical Social Worker* *Title: *LCSW *Reports To: *Chief Strategy Officer *Supervision Exercised:* None *Works Directly With:* Clinic Managers and the Primary Care Team *Typical Working Conditions: *Work is performed in an office setting. There will be contact with clinic staff and outside organizations. No heavy lifting required. Some travel required in the Cortland/Cayuga County Region. *Minimum Qualifications: *Masters Prepared Social Worker, Community Counselor, or Psychologist.
