Become a Clinical Nutrition Assistant Clinical Nutrition Assistant plays an important role in enhancing the overall health and quality of life for our residents through the assessment of nutritional status and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop an individualized nutritional plan of care. Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Nutrition Assistant include: Assist the Registered Dietitian to perform assessments to identify residents’ current needs for nutrition services and those residents at nutritional risk.
