Job Summary: The Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician provides integrated support to patients and pharmacists by providing a 'hands-on" approach to total quality patient care through the delivery of a full continuum of medication adherence support. Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Service & Patient Support Provides excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare team members. Communicates directly with patients by phone, in-person, or via secure electronic pathways to support medication awareness, answer questions, and address concerns.
