The Missing Piece is a small BCBA owned company that serves children in the clinical setting in Auburn and Kendallville. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. This position will be hybrid and will support ongoing supervision and training for student analysts. This position will over see a small caseload of clients with the assistance of an in-person student. The BCBA would be required to be in person one day per month at minimum. Duties: - Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of behavioral therapists and technicians - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities and autism - Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and goals - Train and mentor staff on evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques - Monitor progress of clients and adjust treatment plans as needed - Collaborate with other...
