The Regional Sales Director - Southwest will lead and manage a team of Therapeutic Specialists in the Dermatology market located in the Southwest Region .   This individual will focus on helping to launch the company and our portfolio of products to a specified customer base.  They will be responsible for the acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted business within their assigned geography, and manage region and territory alignments to ensure optimal account coverage and impact. They will develop, maintain, and utilize a high level of product and disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of Arcutis products to key customers.  They will manage, develop and provide leadership to a team of direct reports to achieve and/or exceed sales and earnings goals.
