Position Summary: The Senior Inside Sales Representative (Sr. ISR), acting in a support role to Solutions Consultants, is responsible for introducing product offerings throughout the entire sales process to established accounts, ensuring quality of work and excellent customer service while increasing sales. The Sr. ISR builds long-term consultative relationships by creating in-depth relationships with current customers to expand our breadth of services and improve the overall results within the Sales organization. Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions: Quote and process orders for high end solutions, including phone systems, network and servers, virtualization, etc. Work closely with our vendors/manufactures to negotiate discounts and proper pricing, as required.
