POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Trainee Program prepares new sales professionals to sell company products and services. Participants will go through extensive training in products, services, industry, and consultative sales techniques as part of this 4-6-month program in Aurora, In. Training involves many different approaches from in-class, hands-on in the field, role playing, and independent study. Upon completion graduates will be placed in a sales territory in the US with potential to earn a six figure income.
