Objective
The Mortgage Originations Manager leads our inside and outside sales mortgage originations team, coaching, developing and holding associates accountable. Through this they ensure an excellent experience for borrowers, quality loan originations, adherence to compliance requirements/service level agreements and identify additional ways to help members.
In addition, this key leader will also drive business growth through monitoring market and industry trends to identify long-term strategy development, recruiting and building an outside sales team, developing the team to cultivate COI relationships as well as partnering with operations on new product development, partnering with marketing to promote events and new products, and identifying and implementing new processes/procedures to improve efficiency and overall...
