Job Responsibilities: You will report directly to Michael Rafko - Sr Director Sales Excellence (AERO) you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Incentive Plan Leader to design, implement, and manage our sales incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies, incentive structures, and motivational techniques to drive sales performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align incentive programs with business goals and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
