Job Description This role will work out of a location or city within the East Region (e.g., New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maine, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or West Virginia) and must live near a major airport for travel. As a Regional Sales Director (RSD) at Badger Daylighting, you will drive the Region's sales performance for all lines of business by providing sales strategy, leadership, tools, and coordination in partnership with Field Operations Management. The RSD will assist in developing and implementing the Region's sales strategy as well as providing leadership, creativity, and resources to achieve and exceed the Region's sales goals. You will also ensure that corporate sales & marketing initiatives and objectives are fully aligned with National Accounts.
