Temporary Part Time Retail Shift Lead The Office of Business, Hospitality, and Auxiliary Services is seeking a Shift Lead to support the University's daily retail operations of three stores and a copy center, and will be responsible for opening and/or closing. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers with merchandise selection. - Demonstrating strong attention to accuracy and detail. - Developing and maintaining product knowledge. - Performing basic computer data entry tasks and operating standard retail equipment. Processing a variety of transactions, including cash, checks, bank cards, Panther Funds, gift certificates/cards, University requisitions, credit memos, and bookstore accounts.
