POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Food and Nutrition Director/Food Services Lead, the Utility Aide performs a variety of sanitation duties, including but not limited to cleaning hoods, ovens, floors, washing, and polishing equipment. Places food orders through the computer system and puts away delivery orders. Processes and completes bailing boxes and the recycling for the dietary department.
