This role supervises a team of 10+ dining staff, coordinates employee schedules, supports daily dining operations, and works alongside the team on the floor to provide attentive, resident-centered service. The ideal candidate brings experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, assisted living, or memory care dining services , along with strong team leadership and customer service skills.
