Food Production Supervisor – Food and Nutrition Services Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231 Work hours: Full Time; Flexible schedule am or pm shifts with rotating weekends Food and Nutrition Services highlights: Ability to create contemporary cuisine and demonstrate creativity in menu and recipe development daily as recognized by the Director/Manager. Ability to operate and instruct on all kitchen/cafeteria cooking/holding equipment. Extensive knowledge of product identification and utilization as well as purchasing procedures. Demonstrates good clear communication skills and basic computer skills. Ability to exercise independent sound judgement. Extensive knowledge of HACCAP and safe food practices.
