Participates in patient meal assembly and delivery of meals directly to patients as assigned, in a professional and efficient manner. Inventories and stocks unit-based pantries. Accurately maintains records of pantry stock items. Follows established procedures for cleaning, labeling, rotating, and documenting pantry stock items.  Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, both manually and using automated machine. Places clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in proper storage areas. Gathers trash from Nutrition Production area and places in designated pickup areas.
