Supervisor Food Service Position Summary The Supervisor of the Nutrition department supervises the nutrition employees of the kitchen and cafeteria in the absence of the manager. Monitors and assists in the provision of patient room service, catering, purveyor orders and cafeteria meal services. Follows and monitors for compliance appropriate sanitation regulations concerning food handling, preparation, storage and ware washing.
