Riverside University Health System (RUHS) Medical Center seeks a Food and Nutrition Services Supervisor to join the team. This job opening will serve to fill a Food and Nutrition Services Supervisor vacancy in Moreno Valley . Under general direction, the Food and Nutrition Service Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of food service personnel at the Riverside University Health System-Medical Center (RUHS-MC), assists in the planning of menus and food quantity requirements, performs the duties of food service personnel as required, and performs other related duties as required. Incumbents are responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations, scheduling and supervision of the work for food service personnel preparing, cooking and serving general and special meals. Possession of a valid Food Handler Card is required. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts and every other weekend. Relief AM & PM Supervisors. Main Shift is 12:45 pm to 9:15 pm. This...
