Burbank Housing’s Vida Nueva is a 24-unit property located in Rohnert Park, CA. Of the 24 units, 16-units are funded through No Place Like Home and will house the most vulnerable population(s); homeless or at-risk of homelessness, mentally ill, HIV/AIDS, or chronic substance abuse, and special needs, not homeless, single parents, mentally ill, HI/AIDS, or chronic substance abuse.  Burbank Housing has partnered with COTS to provide any services needed to these residents.  The remaining 7 units are available for qualified individuals from our general population. While as an organization we have extensive experience serving vulnerable individuals, we recognize that formerly homeless populations like those living at Vida Nueva present with a higher level of vulnerability and trauma acuity.
