ERM is hiring Right of Way (ROW) Agents in Atlanta, Georgia to support natural gas transmission project efforts. ROW Agents will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of facilities. This is a full-time, limited-term position with a duration of 12 months, extendable . REQUIREMENTS: Conduct diverse and complex outreach and negotiations with land owners (or their designees) to secure easements, fee acquisition, licenses, and related property rights. Document all landowner interactions and maintain complete acquisition records. Search courthouse and other records to determine present property ownership(s) and the extent of interest therein.
