POSITION DESCRIPTION Title: Mortgage Loan Servicer and Quality Compliance 1 Revised: 10/16/2025 BASIC FUNCTION Maintains and monitors portfolio mortgage loans from closing through the expiration of the regulatory retention period. Assist members daily with any questions or concerns with the servicing of their loans. Assist with Quality Control reviews. MAJOR ACTIVITIES Regular attendance in the work site. Performs daily transactions and clerical tasks on the mortgage servicing data processing system. Monitors and gathers items needed to complete loan files. Assists members over the phone and in the office regarding the servicing of their mortgage loan. Organizes and uploads closed loan file documents.
