What You'll Do You will oversee the optimization and management of the company's owned and leased real estate portfolio by establishing best practices and collaborating with various internal departments. The role includes coordinating lease obligations, analyzing market data to refine leasing strategies, and supporting real estate acquisitions and revenue growth initiatives. Travel up to 25% is required for meetings, onsite visits, and site tours. Essential Functions Prepare, coordinate, distribute, and synthesize information for property acquisitions, dispositions, lease opportunities, and financing opportunities. Manage new and renewal lease negotiations including structure, underwriting, and pricing. Lead and advise internal parties on lease concepts and ensure uniform adherence to lease contracts from both landlord and tenant perspectives.
