JOB DESCRIPTION Position Summary: The Director of Broker Relationships is focused on driving sales through relationships with brokers for the U.S. Combined Agency channel. Reporting directly to the AVP of Broker Solutions and supporting the Zone Vice Presidents and Agency Directors, in an assigned geography, with sales and business opportunities, this role will primarily focus on production through brokers. They will be asked to personally drive broker relationships and production through their personal efforts and activities. This role will work with the local markets and sales teams to help support enrollment and ongoing service for cases and brokers in the geographical market that the business resides in. They will be responsible for growing the broker-influenced business nationally.
