WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY
As the Manager Mortgage Loan Operations, you will be responsible for leading, planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the activities of mortgage operations which includes the Processing and Closing Teams. Accountable for the development, implementation, ongoing review, and continuous improvement of the real estate lending operations. Will build relationships with senior and front-line management as well as provide leadership and facilitate delivery of all mortgage support for stakeholders. Implements and oversees solutions on a variety of loan origination issues from Processing, Underwriting and Closing Teams. Exercise independent judgment and decision-making which could have a substantial impact on the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all First Mortgage Loans are in compliance with all Federal and State regulations, including but not limited to; (RESPA, HMDA, Financial Fair Housing Act, ATR/QM, FCRA, ECOA, TILA, etc.)...
