The Sales and Leasing Manager reports to a Regional Vice President to manage the leasing operations and support the financial performance of a portfolio of MAA apartment communities within a market.   Primary scope of responsibility includes ensuring the delivery of personalized leasing experiences to potential residents; escort of prospects to multiple locations for scheduled tours; completion and audit of post-tour follow-ups; efficient lease application processing.
