Senior Analyst, Asset Management & Investments Job Title: Senior Analyst, Asset Management & Investments Location: On-Site Corporate Office - New York, NY (candidates must currently reside in NYC metropolitan area) Job Summary This is a high-visibility, analytically intensive role focused on supporting the company's asset management and acquisition functions across a portfolio of single- and multi-tenant commercial real estate assets. The Senior Analyst will build and maintain financial models, drive portfolio- and asset-level performance analysis, and support the underwriting and closing of acquisitions and dispositions. The role works closely with Transactions, Property Management, Investor Relations, and Accounting, and reports jointly to Asset Management and Investments leadership.
