Senior Analyst, Asset Management REO & Workouts Location: On-Site in the NYC Corporate Office Job Summary The Senior Analyst, Asset Management REO and Workouts is part of Harbor Group's Debt and Alternatives Asset Management group, which manages all the company's preferred equity and debt investments. The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support for a variety of asset management functions across the company's real estate debt platform. The Asset Management Senior Analyst will report to the VP of REO and Surveillance, working closely on a portfolio of foreclosed properties and other at-risk properties. The position will additionally support the VP of Loan Workouts and interact with others on the Debt and Alternatives Asset Management team and with other corporate teams including Transactions, Investor Relations, and Accounting.
