Position Title: Sr. Specialist, Member Recruitment Location: Washington, DC, United States Department: Member Services Description: Job Description The American College of Cardiology (ACC) Member Recruitment team focuses on recruiting new members to the College and reinstating lapsed members. The team processes membership applications for all member types and runs periodic elections. They coordinate Convocation related activities and serve as staff support for the Credentialing & Member Services Committee. The Sr. Specialist represents the College on a daily basis by providing outstanding customer service via phone and email to members and staff at all levels. The Sr. Specialist processes all new and advancing member applications. The Sr. Specialist assists with the preparation and execution of the annual Convocation ceremony.
