Thisrole will support a NAVSEA developmental launcher system in requirementsdecomposition, design development to include design documentation, interfacecontrol document development (ICD), technical, test conduct activity, andprogrammatic services. A SME individual can provide expert level input forplanning and tasking regarding the subject at hand; a trusted agent acting asthe expert regarding the field of expertise for the sponsored program.
