As the Dedicated Brokerage Dispatcher, you will be responsible for assigned customer & carrier orders within the Sims Transport operation. This position will track carriers’ progress on customer shipments, manage shipment pickups, deliveries, and loads in transit while identifying and resolving issues. Responsibilities Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently into the system. Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients, vendors, and transportation partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. Follow all company policies and procedures as it pertains to onboarding and loading carriers within the system. Regularly assess the status of customer and carrier relationships, as well as all freight in transit.
