Pharmacist, Antimicrobial Stewardship Provides safe, effective, and appropriate care for patients on antimicrobials and those being treated for infectious diseases within pharmacist scope of practice at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Under the direction of Pharmacy Services leadership, the antimicrobial stewardship pharmacist assists in planning, organizing, and monitoring the delivery of antimicrobial stewardship pharmacy services at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Minimum Education Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
