Job Description: This position is a vital member of the pharmacy team and will assist in the adjudication, processing, packaging and distributive functions of the pharmacy working under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist. They will maintain a high level of interaction with pharmacy patients and providers to ensure prescriptions are being filled and delivered to patients within the service standards of the pharmacy. Will assist in many aspects of the daily pharmacy department activities including: resolution of customer service issues, billing, record keeping, clerical duties, monthly audits, and other functions necessary for optimal pharmacy performance. Overview The Sales Representative (SR) for Primary Care is responsible for promoting and selling primary care product(s) to healthcare providers, driving sales performance in alignment with business goals within the assigned territory. This includes driving demand, clinical education and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan for Primary Care Physicians. The position reports to the District Manager and will collaborate closely with Marketing, Market Access, and other internal partners, as appropriate, to drive sales results.
