CIFC Health a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), a project of Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC), seeks a full-time Pediatric Nurse Manager / Registered Nurse (RN). The RN in collaboration with the Chief of Pediatrics would supervise the Clinical support staff (RNs, LPNs, Lead Medical Assistant and Medical Assistants), works directly with clinicians, within the scope of RN licensure, to facilitate quality patient communication and care, and efficient patient flow to the Pediatric patients of the Health Center. The Nurse Manager administers, directs and coordinates all activities relating to the operation of the Pediatric Department including the coordination of the scheduling for all nursing and clinical support staff, including after hours and weekend coverage.
