Job Summary: The Production Supervisor leads a multi-department team of CNC Operators and Set-Up Operators, in a high mix / low volume aerospace component manufacturing environment.   This role is expected to balance expertise in machining for precision tolerance components, along with strong interpersonal skills to motivate the team to work toward common goals and objectives.  Key responsibilities include managing operations of the day-to-day priorities for multiple manufacturing departments, cross-training staff on best practices to meet set-up and production run-times, optimize processes through the elimination of waste, and leading lean continuous improvement initiatives.
