The Loan Specialist II supports Loan Originators, Underwriters and Borrowers with the mortgage loan process. The Loan Specialist II manages the borrower relationship from application to closing while ensuring all necessary steps are in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Classification: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Residential and Consumer Lending ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to effectively and independently Process and Close a minimum pipeline of 30loans. Present oneself to co-workers and customers in a senior level manner of professionalism such as; take independent initiative to troubleshoot and resolve problems, be proactive to clear loans to close quickly, be proactive to avoid problems arising, mentor LSI evolving into LSII. Ability to produce a compliant initial Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure.
